Payment Options

Regal provides all the tools you need to accept payments online and in-person from customers around the world.

How can I pay for my jewellery?

We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to payment options. At Regal, we offer several flexible plans that allow you to spread the cost of your ring until you’re ready to receive it. Please note that online orders must be paid for in one sum – if you’d like to spread payments we can finalise your order manually, get in touch to learn more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Regal accepts the following payment methods:

  • VISA debit and credit cards
  • MasterCard and Maestro
  • Bank transfer (in-store purchases only)
  • Cash payments (in-store purchases only)
  • BitPay (cryptocurrencies accepted; BTC & ETH)
  • American Express

Please note that online payments are currently limited to VISA and MasterCard payments only. We’re currently working on expanding our payment options to cater for everyone.

If you’d like to use an alternative payment method, please get in touch and we’ll facilitate your order manually.

Can I pay for fine jewellery in instalments?

Regal provides a couple of options on how to proceed with your payment. We currently don’t offer finance per se, however we are working on this. We de offer flexible payment options for orders made in house, over the phone or via email.

You don’t have to pay the full amount straight away. We’ll ask for a minimum of 50% deposit to start the crafting process, then pay the remaining balance when you collect, or we arrange a delivery.

Alternatively, you can pay in instalments – the amount of each instalment is totally up to you. Once you have completed the remaining balance, you can come and collect your item(s). Our crafted jewellery pieces typically take 4 to 5 weeks to craft. The final balance must be cleared within 40 days of your order completion date. Once fully paid, if you need us to hold onto your item for longer then we can arrange to keep your item in our hold safe. The maximum timeframe for this is 18 months.

If you have any other queries regarding payment, then do not hesitate to get in touch and we would be happy to discuss this in more detail and figure out which payment options suits you best.

Buy or Sell your Watch in Hatton Garden

FAQs about Watches

If you decide to sell your Rolex watch, you have plenty of options available when selecting a watch dealer, but they are not all equal! The worst thing you can do is visit a pawn shop or jewellery store, as their offer is bound to be one of the lowest you will receive – this is because traditional “bricks and mortar” retailers have high overheads. They also lack the specialist knowledge required to accurately value your Rolex.

At Regal, we are solely focused on buying pre-owned Rolex watches. We have specialist Rolex watchmakers on staff ready to provide their expertise on every purchase.

Furthermore, thanks to this expertise, and our channels into the Rolex reseller market, we are able to offer some of the most competitive Rolex watch valuations.

Rolex watches are popular all year round, so you will always receive a good price for your watch, no matter when you choose to make the sale. But if you are looking to maximise the amount you receive, then it is best to look to sell around popular gift-giving seasons, such as at Christmas. This allows you to capitalise on the higher seasonal demand.

Chronograph literally means “time writer”. You can both tell the time with a chronograph and use it to measure intervals of time.

Here you can place an explanation or answer to the question.

Please contact an authorised specialist retailer immediately. They can dry out your watch on site and determine whether the moisture or water has already caused damage to the movement.
